Brawl Stars QR Code Not Working? Fixes to Try
A reward link or QR code that does nothing is usually one of a few common problems. Work through these in order.
- Check that it has not ended. Every reward on this site shows its end time, and ended ones are marked Expired. An expired link will not work.
- It may have run out. Some rewards have a limited number of claims, so they can stop working before the end time.
- You may have claimed it already. A reward you have already collected will not work a second time.
- Update the game. An out-of-date version may not open the link properly.
- Use the right way to open it. You cannot scan a QR code shown on the same phone. On your phone, tap the Claim button instead. On a computer, scan the code with your phone's camera.
- Open it in your normal browser. The built-in browser inside some apps can stop a link from opening the game.
- Check which account you are signed in to. The reward goes to the account that is signed in when you open the link.
- Restart the game and try again. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data can also help.

Read the how to claim page, and check that the reward is still listed as live. If everything looks right and it still fails, contact Supercell support through the game or Supercell's support site.
